Dr. Soraya Acevedo graduated from Santo Tomas University in Columbia in 1989. Her passion for dentistry is fueled by the excitement of seeing each and every patient walk out of her office with a beaming smile while using the best of care with the latest technology in dentistry. While always keeping the patients’ in mind, she has continued her education by attending seminars and reading current dental literature.

Dr. Acevedo has continued her practice in the state of California being licensed since 2007. Now a proud member of the American Dental Association, San Gabriel Valley Association, and Academy of Laser Dentistry.

Over 20 years in practice, Dr. Acevedo works hard to interact with the patient in order to make the patients’ visit as pleasant and enjoyable as can be. Being a wife and mother of three children herself, she understands and can relate to the importance of maintaining good oral health. With her dedication, Dr. Acevedo gives her patients the best of care, meeting and treating each patient with their teeth as if they were her own. Thus making the patients feel at ease and delighted with not only the treatment, but also with her.

Dr. Anthony Hoang received his DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine located in Boston, Massachusetts in 2014. He completed a year of General Practice Residency in Dentistry at the Loma Linda VA Medical Center where he provided comprehensive dental care to the veteran population. Dr. Hoang’s favorite aspects of dentistry are the interpersonal relationships he develops with his patients and making them feel at ease during their dental visits. Dr. Hoang enjoys giving back to the community and has volunteered at nonprofit organizations such as the Long Beach Children’s Dental Health Clinic, Boston public schools outreach programs, federal medical centers, and the Autumn Years Alzheimer’s care facility.

Dr. Hurtado obtained her degree from Ponificada Universidad Javeriana in 1990. and obtained her fellowship degree from the prestigious Universidad Militar Nueva Granada CIEO in 1995 for Orthodontics. She has an amazing connection with her patients and enjoys helping her patients improve their smile.

Dr. Janz Gonzalez graduated from the University De La Salle Bajío, one of the few universities accredited in California and continued his studies in California to get licensed.

Besides his love for this profession, he was strongly motivated by the need of our Hispanic community to freely communicate with dental providers to receive as much information as possible to make informed decisions regarding their dental treatment options and overall having a personalized oral care.

Dr. Gonzalez is a proud member of the American Dental Association and San Gabriel Valley Association. He is thankful to be a Dentist and be able to help a lot of patients of our community by giving and delivering the best possible dental care.

Dr. Fatemeh Arabpour graduated from university of Southern California with DDS degree she also has dual doctoral degree from United Arab Emirates then she continued her education in endodontics specialty at university of Southern California.
Dr. Arabpour is passionate, caring and highly qualified Endodontist. Professionalism is one her prominent skills.
Dr. Arabpour enjoys saving tooth and helping patient relief with their discomfort.

Dr. Sandra Rodriguez enjoys practicing orthodontics because she can see the results of her labor every single day. She believes in having a better smile has it’s positive influence on a quality of life. Her patients usually know her as a doctor who is sincerely concerned about their dental health, them personally and their families. Dr. Sandra Rodriguez received her undergraduate DDS from Santo Tomas University in Colombia in the year 1986 and received her Masters Degree in Orthopedic and Orthodontics 3 years full time program also in Colombia. Dr. Sandra Rodriguez is a member of the International American Orthodontics AAO, World Federation of Orthodontics, Colombian Orthodontics Society, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Orange County Dental Association and she regularly attends continuing education courses. She enjoys traveling, sports, dancing, and spending time with her immediate family, husband, and her two kids.

Dr. Shideh Mansouri received her dental degree from UCLA School of Dentistry in Los Angeles. She loves connecting with her patients and making them feel comfortable while helping them achieve optimal dental health.

Marisol has 25 years of experience in the dental field. She was a registered dental assistant before completing the dental hygiene program at Cerritos College in 2010. She joined Acevedo Dental Group team in February of 2012. Our patients benefit from her experience and knowledge in the dental field. She spends a lot of time with patients to educate and encourage them to maintain good periodontal health. In her free time, Marisol loves to spend time outdoors and go shopping.

Ben graduated from West Coast University on 2015 and licensed as Registered Dental Hygienist. He has been working as a Dental Hygienist since 2018. Ben loves to educate his patients about their oral health.

Madeline graduated from West Coast University. She enjoys the prevention side of dentistry and has been making teeth sparkle in Acevedo Dental Group since October 2020. In her free time, she enjoys researching new dental products to recommend to her patients and she likes to walk her three German Shepherds on the weekends.
