Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Acevedo Dental Group, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized dental care. Every treatment plan is carefully designed and often involves custom work, laboratory fees, materials, and reserved chair time. Because of this, our office has the following policy:
Treatment Deposits & Refunds
- A 25% non-refundable portion is required once treatment has begun or design or laboratory work has been ordered.
- This covers costs of materials, lab fees, and clinical time that cannot be recovered if a patient changes their mind.
- The remaining balance, if prepaid and unused, will be refunded should a patient decide not to continue treatment.
Why This Policy Exists
Custom dental work is similar to ordering a tailored suit. It is designed specifically for you and cannot be reused for another patient. Our policy ensures that we can maintain fairness, cover costs already incurred, and continue to provide excellent care for all patients.
